Gift cards are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. After this period, they will not be accepted as a form of payment.

Pre-order products have an estimated delivery time of 25 to 35 business days from the date of purchase.

If you place an order that includes pre-order products along with other products available for immediate delivery, CRUR will wait to receive the pre-order product before dispatching the entire order. If you wish to receive the products available immediately, please place two separate orders.
