RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to request an exchange or return. The product must be sent back to our returns center within this period.
To request an exchange or report a product defect, please email info@crur.com.co. Please include:
Order number.
Reason for return or exchange.
If you want the same or a different product.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and additional items. It must be unused, undamaged, and must include a copy of the purchase or invoice.
Return rejection: If the product is not in its original packaging, the exchange or refund will not be processed.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be covered by the customer. CRUR will not assume these costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to secure the return.
Once the product has been received, a quality control will be carried out, which may take approximately 3 business days. After the evaluation, the option selected by the customer will be processed, provided that the product complies with our policies.
Products on sale or purchased with a coupon code are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Changes and returns are not accepted for personalized products.
You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after order confirmation. After this time, the order will be dispatched and no cancellation will be accepted.
Please send an email to info@crur.com.co within the first 24 hours specifying the reason for cancellation.
If CRUR is unable to ship the product due to lack of inventory or other force majeure, the customer will be notified and the money will be refunded. The refund will be made within a period of up to 8 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Our system may cancel orders for reasons such as unavailable items, problems with payment information, inability to ship to the address provided, or duplicate orders. If your order is cancelled for any of these reasons, you will receive an explanatory email.
Reporting Deadline: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt. Send photos of the wrong product along with the order number to info@crur.com.co.
Confirmation and Pickup Guide: Once the error has been verified, we will send you a pickup guide by email. The incorrect product will be picked up at the same delivery address and the correct product will be sent

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the product. Products returned after the deadline will be rejected and returned to the sender. Costs and risks associated with returns outside the deadline are the responsibility of the customer.
CRUR is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage during return shipping. Packages without customer identification will be refused.
Once we receive the returned product, we will send a confirmation of receipt by email.
